Abstract

In light of the growing development movement witnessed in the world of international trade, which resulted in the contracts of international electronic commerce, the rate of disputes arising from them increased, especially in the face of the lack of traditional methods to cope with them. This requires the tendency to search for new methods of resolving their disputes commensurate with their electronic nature. Which is characterized by attracting factors to the parties to the conflict, but nevertheless it is characterized by the lack of clarity of international law of its own, as well as the exposure of many legal problems, which need to be exceeded, allowing to keep pace with the technological progress. In order to study all these aspects, we divided this study into two parts. In the first part, we discussed the conceptual framework of electronic arbitration. In the second part, the procedural framework attempts to reach an answer to our question about the effectiveness of electronic arbitration as an effective and alternative mechanism for resolving disputes.
