Human has passed In many wars, Made her live a great pain, That is what prompted the international community To search means and mechanisms To avoid subsequent generations What generations experienced before it bitter, This effort was made by the United Nations, The most important objective of the United Nations is to maintain international peace and security , And during more than seventy years of international work The organization has succeeded on many occasions ,The need to develop the performance of the United Nations in the area of international peace and security has thus emerged And to activate the role of the United Nations in this area Major organs of the General Assembly and the Security Council should be repaired Which is the executive authority for the maintenance of international peace and security ,By adjusting the relationship between them And to give broader powers to the General Assembly ,And democratization Council , And the reform process can only be effected by amending the Charter of the United Nations By amending articles directly related to the maintenance of international peace and security And to overcome obstacles to its modification.
