Abstract

We had concluded from our study that the inspecting of civil service is an authority of control helongs to the general director of public service It has many significant roles he in controlling the process of recruitment and the career path of the worker in all the aspect of administrations and public institutions and the practice of law and organizations of public service In force and protecting these organizations from any transgression And insisting in executing it and realizing the equality between people by respecting all the rules of the public service And take control to all the basic and individual decisions which concern the career path of the public worker from the assignment till the end of duty and protecting them from any repression of the directive.
