dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this article is to propose and test a conceptual model of trust building on a web site. Through reviews of the literature in various disciplines including SIC (Information Science and Communication) we were able to build a model of confidence which is the basis of certain sociological variables, relationships, communication, psycho-social. We will be proposing a scheme that allows a better understanding of the stages of building trust on a merchant site.en_US
