The Algerian legislator, in the Penal Code, provides for the protection of children in particular against a series of criminal acts, as they respect their rights, the most important of which are the acts of disobedience and endangerment stipulated in Articles 314 C and C, the crime of which is changed from a misdemeanor to a felony And the place where the victim is left to be either habitable or free from the possibility of being subjected to indigestion and destruction. Perhaps the problem is whether the rules of this law provide the necessary criminal protection for the child. In order to answer this problem, we decided to divide our subject for a preliminary study in which we discussed the nature of the criminal protection of the child and its images. We discussed the first chapter of the articles of this crime. The second chapter we devoted to the moral pillar and the penalties prescribed for it.en_US
