dc.description.abstractThe discovery of oil as an important resource has a positive impact on the world's economies, especially developing countries. Its interest and the priority given to other natural resources in countries whose revenues are mainly based on this significant rent have greatly valued the increase in their income or their local production, and since oil prices are unstable in the world oil market following special crises, countries that occupy geostrategic sites that affect prices and affect them negatively, and as long as Algeria is not exempt from these countries whose policies are based on this rent in the first place, it is affected and interactively, in order to be able to draw up an alternative strategy or economic policy for the oil revenue policy in order to avoid falling into the traps of financial turbulence of the Treasury. Algeria has benefited from many historical events of oil shocks since independence whose last crisis was in 2014 and which is the subject of this research. This crisis, which has clearly affected the national economy, had negative repercussions, forcing the political system to intervene through the management of the crisis and the tendency to adopt an alternative economic policy in the domains of the economy, industry, agriculture and tourism.
