Abstract: The legislative institution has a variety of functions: representative, legislative and supervisory; it is a deliberative institution which plays an important role in the administration of the democratic transition process of Tunisia through the legislation , laws and acts, It seeks reforms, changes and establishment of constitutional committees and bodies established for democratic work in Tunisia. The Constituent Assembly is the legislative authority that manages the transitional process, The democratic process was followed by a number of laws which contributes in the transition process, The Constitution of 2014 was adopted for the Second Tunisian Republic, The Tunisian political system became characterized by the cooperation and balance between the legislative and executive branches, The preparation of the budget of the public or in the process of making public policy in Tunisia, the legislative institution through its legislation contributed to the establishment of a democratic system based on legitimacy, freedom and fair elections in political participation and work on the establishment of a government of rules and laws.
