Abstract

The phénomène of corruption is a widespread phenomenon in the world due to the negative effects it has on the world in general and society in particular. This has led to the emergence of many strategies to combat corruption, perhaps the most important administrative development, which is one of the most important strategies to combat corruption in the current era. Turkey has endeavored to establish many institutions and bodies to curb this phenomenon, in order to protect Turkish society from this phenomenon and to apply justice, accountability and transparency through administrative development mechanisms so that security and stability prevail within society
