Abstract: My research has dealt with the transformation of the American concept of power and its impact on the international system since the end of the Cold War. The concept of power is a central concept in international relations, especially in the field of political science. The concept has undergone transformations since the end of the Cold War. In our time, the concept of force was confined to the military side only (hard power). With the development of security issues and the emergence of new security threats can not be eliminated through military means such as migration Organized crime…….and the change of the international environment Following the collapse of the Soviet Union, has become the concept of American power to develop and transform from hard power to soft power and Smart power Through the circles of American thought, And in accordance with the requirements of the international environment, and given the transformation of the concept of American power, the method of use of American power has changed from time to time, which was reflected on the international system in the form of new American arrangements, especially with the emergence of the phenomenon of emerging powers (China and Russia) and its rival to the (U. S.A) As a global power that still dominates the international system, and by all political, economic, military, cultural and values means, or by integrating all these means in a new and intelligent manner that employs it in accordance with its orientations and interests in accordance with the outcomes of the international environment and the continued control and influence of the international system.
