China has become a strong competitor to the United States of America and the rest of its efforts to adopt a policy of soft power and non-intervention in African affairs. In the African countries to its side, unlike the United States, which always puts political conditionality in dealing with African countries in all political and economic fields .., other than The United States, thanks to its global standing, its enormous military power, its great economic potential and its control over international political and economic institutions, and its reliance on an effective energy strategy enabled it to strengthen its hegemony over many countries of the Horn of Africa and to intervene in its conflicts.
