Abstract

Summary: The aim from this research entitled sign reference in the story collection by " fakia sabahi " is to stand at the esthetics and significance of reference in its function aimed at in the titerary texts especially the short story. The nature of the research needs working on the collection of stories through tow chapters ( theoritical and empirical ) using most important critics mechanisms ( parallactic, parallelism, repitition, reference… and omission )
