عنوان الدراسة دور التربص الميداني في إكتساب المهارات التدريسية لدى طلبة سنة ثانية ماستر دراسة ميدانية على مستوى قسم تربية حركية معهد بسكرة تهدف الدراسة إلى التع رف على مدى مساهمة التربص الميداني في اكتساب الطالب الاستاذ للمهارات التدريسية معرفة أهم المهارات التدريسية التي يكتسبها الطالب أثناء إعداده بالجامعة ومدى توافقها مع مهنة تدريس التربية البدنية والرياضية توضيح كيف يساهم التربص الميداني في إعداد طلبة معاهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية وتنمية قدراتهم والارتقاء بمهنة التعليم الغرض م ن الدراسة رغبتا في معرفة دور التربص الميداني في اكتساب المهارات التدريسية العينة شملت عينة البحث 90 طالب من طلبة السنة الثانية ماستر تخصص تربية حركية في معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية جامعة بسكرة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة الأداة المستخدمة الاستبيان أهم الاستنتاجات يساهم التربص الميداني في اكتساب المهارات التدريسية لدى طلبة سنة ثانية ماستر التربص الميداني يساهم في اكتساب مهارة التخطيط و التنفيذ والتقويم للطالب الاستاذ أهم اقتراح و توصية المستقبلية إعادة النظر في مؤسسات التربص الميداني وتحديد قائمة معينة من هذه المؤسسات تتوفر فيها مجموعة من الشروط مكان العمل الملائم وفرة الوسائل البيداغوجية أساتذة متعاوني ذوي خبرة في مجال التدريس… إحداث تغيير في الفترة الزمنية المحددة للتربص الميداني وتمديدها من شهر إلى فصل دراسي كامل وذلك من أجل أن يقوم الطالب بتنفيذ وحدة تعليمية كاملة بدءا بالتقويم التشخيصي و وصولا إل التقويم التحصيلي القيام بدراسة لمختلف المشاكل و الصعوبات التي تواجه الطلبة في ال تربص الميداني Study title The role of the Field Training in the acquisition of teaching skills for second year Master students A study in the field at the Department of Kinetic University of Biskra The study aims to identify the extent of Field training s contribution to the student s acquisition of teaching skills knowing the most important teaching skills that the student acquires during his preparation in University and the extent of its compatibility with teaching Physical Education and Sports Clarifying how Field Training contributes in preparing students of Sciences and Technology of Physical and Sports activities Institutions in order to develop their abilities and to advance the teaching profession The purpose of the study To know the role of Field Training in the acquisition of teaching skills Sample The research sample included 90 second year Master students they were selected randomly from Biskra University at the Institution of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and sports activities specialized in Kinetic education Tool used Questionnaire Main conclusions Field training contributes in the acquisition of teaching skills planning skills implementation and evaluation for second year Master students Future recommendations To reconsider the situation of Field training Institutions and to determine a specific list of these Institutes in which a set of conditions are required Appropriate workplace abundance of pedagogical tools corporative professors with an experience in teaching making a change in the period specified for training from one month to a full semester in order the student implements a complete educational unit Thus starting with the diagnostic evaluation and ending with the achievement assessments At least conducting the various problems and difficulties which face students in Field Training
