Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى استغلال التكنولوجيا الحديثة في الرفع من أداء الموارد البشرية بملعب 18فبراير بسكرة وتحددت مشكلة الدراسة بالسؤال الرئيسي التالي ما مدى استغلال التكنولوجيا الحديثة في الرفع من أداء الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات الرياضية باستخدام المنهج الوصفي لأنه الأنسب لموضوع الدراسة و الاعتماد على استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات بحيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من 20 موظف بإدارة الملعب تم اختيارهم عشوائيا و قد لخصت الدراسة الميدانية لعدة نتائج أهمها تؤثر التكنولوجيا الحديثة في عملية التسيير في المؤسسات الرياضية تساعد التكنولوجيا الحديثة في عملية اختيار العاملين بكل مراحلها يختلف أثر استغلال التكنولوجيا الحديثة وفق متغيرات العمر و الأقدمية و الجنس و المستوى التعليمي Summary of the study This study aimed to find out the extent to which modern technology is used to increase the performance of human resources at the 18 February Stadium in Biskra The problem of the study was determined by the following main question What is the extent to which modern technology is used to raise the performance of human resources in sports institutions Using the descriptive approach because it is the most appropriate for the subject of the study and relying on a questionnaire as a tool for data collection so that the study population consisted of 20 employees in the stadium management were chosen randomly The field study summarized several results the most important of which are Modern technology affects the management process in sports institutions Modern technology helps in the process of selecting employees in all its stages The impact of using modern technology varies according to the variables of age seniority gender and educational level
