Abstract

ملخص الدراسة عنوان الدراسة واقع العمل الإداري في ضوء تطبيق متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة دراسة ميدانية لمركب ديوان متعدد الرياضات لولاية بسكرة هدف الدراسة الوقوف على الوضع الراهن للعمل الإداري بالمنشات الرياضية مشكلة الدراسة ما هو واقع العمل الإداري بالمنشات الرياضية في ضوء تطبيق متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة فرضيات الدراسة لا يوجد إلمام عند منتسبي المنشات الرياضية بمفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة لا يوجد تطبيق لمتطلبات معايير الجودة الشاملة في إدارة المنشات الرياضية لا توجد معوقات تحول دون تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في إدارة المنشات الرياضية إجراءات الدراسة المجال المكاني ديوان المركب الاولمبي المتعدد الرياضات لولاية بسكرة وملحقاتها المجال الزماني تم تطبيق هذا البحث في الفترة الزمنية الممتدة من 07 جانفي 2017 الى غاية 13 أفريل 2017 المنهج المتبع إستعملنا المنهج الوصفي لنه الأنسب لمثل هذه المواضيع وإخضاع الدراسة لتحقيق الدقيق عينة الدراسة مسحية وكانت متكونة من 50 عامل الأدوات المستخدمة في الدراسة هي إستمارة الإستبيان مع الموظفين والعاملين فيها أسئلة مغلقة النتائج المتوصل إليها هناك إلمام عند بعض العاملين بالمنشات الرياضية لمفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة عدم وجود مقاييس ومعايير دقيقة لتحديد مستوى الأداء اللازم لتطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة غياب البرامج التدريبية اللازمة لتأهيل العاملين بالمنشات الرياضية على تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة عدم الإستعانة بخبراء تطبيق معايير الج ودة الشاملة بالمنشات الرياضية عدم توفير نظام الحوافز المادية والمعنوية لرفع مردودية العاملين بالمنشاة الرياضية عدم إهتمام الإدارة بعملية تدريب فرق العمل للعاملين داخل المنشاة على مفاهيم العمل الجماعي الإقتراحات أهمية إستيعاب أفراد العاملين بالمنشاة الرياضية لمبادئ وأساسيات إدارة الجودة الشاملة إستخدام معايير الجودة الشاملة في كافة مراحل العمل في المنشات الرياضية إيجاد التواصل بين القوة الإشرافية والقوة العاملة وكذلك التواصل بين المستوى التنظيمي وبين العملاء عن طريق قسم إدارة الجودة الشاملة إقامة دورات تدريبية في مراكز متخصصة للجودة الشاملة للإداريين والعاملين بالمنشات الرياضية The title of the Reserch The reality of adiministrative work in new of the application of TQM requiirements The Aim of the saturdy To determine the current status of the administrative work in sports facilites The statement of the problem What is the reality of the administrative work in sports Facilites in the light of the application of the TQM The hypotheses There is no interest in the sports establishments in the concpt of TQM There is no application to the reuirements of the overall quality standards en the managemenent of sports facilties There are no obstacles to the application of the overall quality standards in the menegement of sports facilities Procedures of the study Place area on the Bureau of the mult sports olympic com mplex of the stade of Biskra and its accessoiries Time area This research was conducted in the time period from January 7th till April 13th 2017 Methodology Was used the des criptive approch because it is the most appropriate to such topics and subjecting the studay to detariled in restigation The samling 50 Workers were chosen to conduct this present stndy Data gathering tools To conduct this disseration we used a questionnaire wich was addressed to the workers and employees This questionnaire is coposed of close ended questions The Obtained results There is an understanding of some of the workers in the sports estabishments with the concept of TQM Lack of precise standards to determine the level of performance reguired to implement TQM standards Absence of training proprams reguired to quality the employees of the sports estabbilisments to implement to the TQM standards Not using experts to apply overall qualty standards in sports facilities The lack of a supstem of material and moral incentives to increase the profictablily of workers in sports facilities The lack of interest of the administration in the process of on traing teams work for employees within the enterprise on the concepts of team work Serggestions The importance of the reception of personnel in the sports facilities of the principles and basis of TQM Use of comperhensive quality standards in all stages of work in sports facilities To establish communication between the supervisory and manpower forces as well the organizatioal level and the custoners through the TQM department Holding training coursesin specialzed centers for total
