Abstract

The subject of public service has recently seen considerable attention being paid to all sectors, And the subject of improving the public service has become increasingly important, Because of the evolution of public administration, it have become preoccupied with the satisfaction of its users, It is therefore required to develop and improve the quality of its services, However, shortcomings in management that have significantly affected the quality of public services It has also hampered the improvement of the administration's relationship with the citizen, It has led to the need to reform the public service, It was reinforced by two instructions from the Chief Minister on public service reform, and the creation of a body to do so, In addition, the Algerian Government has taken measures to improve the public service.
