dc.description.abstractSummary: The latter highlights the importance of training, which in turn benefits both management and staff members from the requirements and problems of public administration they seek to solve, the main focus of which remains the public official. In view of its objectives, the legislator has committed the public administration to organizing it and ensuring its success, with a view to monitoring the process and putting in place a final calendar. However, obstacles to administrative corruption in all their aspects prevent it from working.en_US
