Abstract: The supervisory jurisdiction is one of the most important competencies entrusted to the postal and electronic communication control authority, by the Algerian legislator, to control and organization of the postal and telecommunications markets, and this supervisory jurisdiction is a privilege of the public authority granted to the authority to control this vital sector, which is one of the most sensitive sectors of the Algerian state. With the intention of framing this sector, working to implement the applicable laws and legislation, and applying the rules of the market economy,Such as competition, freedom of trade and industry, whether this control is before the entry of economic operators into the market, and this is done in accordance with certain procedures in accordance with applicable legal texts, such as requesting information, and the issuance of this authority for many individual decisions that are granted to the dealers in order to enable them to start their activities and investment projects in the market and this supervisory role extends even after they enter the market, as the control authority is keen to monitor their economic activity and extent their commitment to respecting the laws, embodying their projects, and providing the services and obligations they pledged to provide to users, and the control authority uses several methods to achieve this, such as the method of investigation and investigation. In the event of non-compliance, deterrent penalties that range in severity, financial penalties, and rights-negative penalties shall be applied to the violator.
