| Abstract: | Abstract: The building license consider as one of the most important individual decisions in the urban field, it aims to reconcile between the practice of individual of the right to build within the framework of environmental protection and the requirements of the urban public thus, the building license was the basic guarantee for respecting the disposition of the urban public order this is what we see through the care given to it by the legislator in the executive decree no 19/15 fixing the modalities of proportion and delivery of construction contract. |
