The municipality is based on two elected and administrative bodies. The elected body includes the mayor and the elected representatives are tasked with proposing and approving projects. As for the administrative body, it includes the Secretary-General and the staff. Their task is to follow up the projects administratively and the extent of their implementation. financial resources to cover multiple functions; For the advancement of the social, cultural and economic sphere of the municipality. In order for the municipality to achieve local development, it must strive to search for the best ways to find new financial resources to finance the municipal budget. And its independence from the central authority to increase its decision-making freely and to embody local development.
