T: The management of state property is one of the most important economic aspects of the state, in terms of the revenue it generates for the public treasury and the material resources it provides to public and private institutions. Law 90-30 regulated the national domain by dividing it into inalienable public property and exploited for the benefit of all citizens, and private national property which can be transferred by transfer of property, by means of sale or exchange, or operation by lease, assignment or concession. The protection of national property, of all types, is ensured by the general rules for the protection of property, on the one hand, and by particular civil, administrative and penal protection, on the other. It is up to administrative justice to settle all disputes generated by the management process, and to criminal justice in the event of abuse or misconduct.en_US
