Abstract

Abstract based on our in –depth study of 2020 ‘s constitution we found out that several of the president’s legistlative juridictions and powers aims at estabishing cooperation among the branches of authority through taking part in different ways .some jurists notices that the executive branch dominaites the intiatives of laws trough bills ,as well as detirmining the parliament’s agenda and the issues that should be discussed there .Certain exceptional circumstances have an impact on the authorities principles of authorities since they necessitate rapid procedures (the 2020 constitution stipulated the case of emergency and siege in article 97 and the state of exception and the state of war in article 100)The present president of the authority commands that all the urgent matters be legislated ,which became a genuine legislator in the parliament .article 142 ,on the other hand ,states that it has the specialities that the constitution granted to it.all of the authorized power that granted to mr president ,led to making the role of the parliment regress and diminish , because of the orders it may conduct to cancel laws which lead to show the influence of the executive authority on the legislation one
