dc.description.abstractSummary: The resignation is considered a right forthe employee whose presence derives from the rules of the functional legislation, and the Algerian legislature has dealt with the question of resignation, taking into account an end-of-service case, which is not provided for in the section on guarantees, rights and duties, and has relied on the conditions of application and approval. The legal rules oblige the relevant administration to respond to the legal term in order to protect the employee's right to resign and prevent the administration from arbitrary failure to fulfill the right deriving from a constitutional right based on freedom of work The decision to accept the resignation must therefore remain in force until the decision to accept the resignation is made. The decision to accept the resignation breaks the legal link between the resigned staff member and the administration.en_US
