The vast and accelerating technological development worldwide has led to the emergence of modern methods of contracting, so-called e-contracts, which are complete only with the availability of their pillars the most important pillar is electronic consent, which is carried out at the mutual will of the contracting parties. This is the conformity of the offer with acceptance and the appropriateness of the general rules and their application to mutual consent in the electronic contract this makes it necessary for the legislator in various countries of the world to enact laws and to conclude agreements that regulate this type of transaction in view of the specific nature of the transactions in traditional contracts although the digital environment in which will is expressed has from the outset influenced the electronic consensus pillar as an electronic but has not affected its composition so that it continues to decay into two elements and to be characterized by electronic privacy, they are both positive and acceptable.en_US
