dc.description.abstractThe electronic payment system is considered one of the most important and latest technologies used in the field of financial and banking payments, as it has known an uneven spread among countries, some of which have taken giant steps in embodying this technology on the ground and making it available in the simplest ways, including those that are still trying hard to find their way in this new medium. For example, we find that Algeria is working hard to root this technology .and make it available to the public to serve the economy in general We have discussed in this research an attempt to shed light on the so-called .electronic payment system in general, where we divided this topic into two parts We also took a look at the parties to electronic payment and how to prove it through electronic signature and ratification, and before them the record and .writing. dealing with this system and making it safe Then we took a close look at the reality of the electronic payment system in Algeria, through the legislator’s attempt to provide coverage, inventory and clarification of the concepts of this technology so that it is easier for customers to access this system, and to engage in it to facilitate their transactions, as the Algerian legislator deliberately transformed the establishment of institutional mechanisms in addition to the mechanisms The aforementioned legal framework to combat cybercrime in all its dimensionsen_US
