Abstract

This research attempts to show us the importance of international punishment as it represents the basis for dealing with international conflicts in the first place, as it is the basic pillar of law in the second degree, which makes it renewed and continuous, the latter, which in turn pushed the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations to make it valid for every fact or phenomenon, not this And only, but if we go from the door of maintaining international peace and security, we find that international sanctions are imposed by imposing this. On the one hand, but on the other hand, we find the measures stipulated by the UN resolution related to international sanctions through Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, so the organization has a prominent role in imposing International sanctions, but there is nothing that does not need suggestions to be important to study, as is the case for the United Nations, and this is what we saw in the two models of our study “Iraq and Iran” and other international models
