In two chapters, one of which is theoretical and the other is practical, we have presented the subject of the judicial immunity of the diplomatic envoy, which includes the following problematic: " what are the mechanisms of penal follow-up against the diplomatic envoy under diplomatic immunity.? In order to answer this problematic, it was necessary to follow the descriptive analytical method, as it is the most appropriate method in describing and analyzing the problem at hand. Through this study we found that the penal immunity of a diplomatic envoy is considered an exception to the jurisdiction of the criminal courts of the receiving state, and this sheds light on the conflict existing between the will of the state to determine the jurisdiction of these courts and this exception to this judicial immunity.en_US
