Abstract: | The subject of our research is the disciplinary regime for the public officer in the Algerian legislation, and its problem is how did the Algerian legislator organize the disciplinary regime for a public officer? In order to understand all aspects of this topic, it was divided into two chapters. In the first chapter, negligents and disciplinary punishments for the public officer were discussed, by stating their legal nature by mentioning their types. In the second chapter, the disciplinary proceedings and guarantees were discussed through a statement of these procedures and guarantees devoted to the right of the public officer. Finally, a set of results were reached, the most important of which is that the various legislations did not know the negligent, but were content with mentioning duties and prohibitions. Disciplinary punishments are administrative in nature, not criminal. ,, |
