Algeria like other countries, established advisory bodies working in various fields, seeking to build the rule of law, rebuild the state of institutions, and achieve good governance for the country. Among these advisory institutions, we find the National Economic, Social and Environmental Council, which is among the advisory bodies placed at the disposal of the government. The Council has received great attention through the effectiveness of the tasks entrusted to it in activating the advisory mechanism in the economic, social and environmental fields, as it is considered a space for dialogue, consultation, proposal and analysis regarding its terms of reference.en_US
