dc.description.abstractPublic employee, like other citizens, in principle, enjoy all the rights and freedoms recognized by the Constitution, and in all areas, including the political field, i.e. the enjoyment and exercise of the various political rights and freedoms, especially the right to vote and run for office... etc.. But because the political sphere, especially in the light of the Adoption and approval of political pluralism, Algeria at the beginning of the 1990s, the competition and the difference in views even among the supporters of one party, the idea of conflicts very contained, which may represent a public official in Algeria a threat, especially by his superiors, who how or another affect professional subordinates because of their political positions, which poses the question of safeguards to protect the public official in the exercise of political rights and freedoms enjoyed by.en_US
