Abstract: The Algerian state dominated economic activity for a period of time, and it controlled all its aspects, as it was the organizer and the implementer. This intervention method led to negative effects that caused an economic crisis that affected all fields, so it became necessary to reconsider jobs and adapt them in a new way to adapt to the transformations. The interior and the new world. The independent control authorities are a new legal body that has appeared in Algerian legislation since the economic openness enshrined in the 1989 constitution and the adoption of a free economy that is based on the idea of the state’s withdrawal from the economic field. The economic sphere on the part of the state through these bodies, with the regulatory, repressive and non-repressive powers granted to them by the legislator, in order to preserve the economic public order, which has emerged as one of the branches of the public order.
