Abstract

Our research is talking about the conflict in the Algerian administration and it is titled : settlement of methods of conflicts emerging between the administrations in Algeria and we have shown the concept of conflicts and the most important theories prevailing in the interpretation of the conflicts to which resorts the settlement of the alternative solutions for the settlement of the conflicts represented in the peace, mediation, arbitration. All this has been studied in the second chapter.
