dc.description.abstractThe industrial property is of particular importance in the field of investment, as the investor seeks to obtain real estate coffers that enable him to materialize his investment project, and therefore the Algerian legislator sought to attract the investor through overcoming the difficulties that impede the provision of real estate coffers, but this collides with the problem of speculation in real estate. This led the legislator to confront this phenomenon through the adoption of various methods and certain procedures when granting real estate coffers to investors. The legislator changed the ways of granting industrial property by switching from one system to another.en_US
