dc.description.abstractThis study is based on the legal system of electronic signature in Algerian legislation as an emerging fact of legal thought and a manifestation of technological development in the scope of legal proof through modern media based on encryption and numbering technology. That signature does not produce any legal validity unless it is documented according to certain conditions,controls and criteria which the parties agree to accept in their transactions,the imposition of sanctions and responsibilities in the event of breaches of obligations and the provision of the principle of safety and credibility by establishing the principle of reliability as the most important principles enshrined in law No,15-04 and enclosing it with procedural and judicial safeguards.en_US
