dc.description.abstractThe Sole Proprietorship Corporation is one of the types of limited liability companies, its idea is based on the possibility of one person to establish it so that the multiplicity of partners according to Article 416 From the Algerian Civil Code ; is no longer a condition for the establishment of the company in this case, and the partner is also liable for limited liability within the limits of the shares he provided. Although the legislator has created this institution due to necessities to which it was previously exposed; However, he did not make special provisions for it, rather he subjected it to the provisions of the limited liability company, and he contented himself with excluding some provisions that are not compatible with its special nature.en_US
