dc.description.abstractThrough this study we tried to answer the questions that were on our mind using the legal texts that the legislator came with to solve the problem of real estate ownership in Algeria after slow registration in the general survey of land due to the lack of appropriate human and material qualifications to raise the pace of this achievement . The process is considered the best solution to settle the problem of real estate ownership in Algeria Which as the legislator through the development of several legal mechanisms such as gaining statute of limitations possession certificate fame contract and real estate investigation tried to make a title deed for each property holder but these mechanisms were not sufficient to achieve the desired goals and accordingly the real estate purification file remains stuck Until the monitoring of the human and material resources necessary for the general survey of the lands .en_US
