Abstract

IS this research، we decided to shed light، on the mechanisms of the participatory and its effective role in perpetuing local development in Algeria ،as it is directly reflected on the citizen ، the citizen ، the citizen and the state ،if the right ground ،legal framework s، and mechanisms are available to achive the desired goal ذ،Accordingly، Algeria like other developed countries ، has followed the path of participatory democracy as a mechanism to push the wheel of local development forward to serve the interests of citizens ، especially after the political reforms، of 2011 ، which was the price of the constitutional amendment of 2016
