| Abstract: | The crimes of bankruptcy are crimes that are related to money and these crimes are divided into two crimes: negligence and fraud, bankruptcy by default is due to negligence of the trader and negligence and is not divided into two types: negligence by default and bankruptcy by passport default, but bankruptcy by fraud is taken in the form of bad faith by the merchant .And it results from fraud and requires bad faith. |
