The topic is very important as it is considered a means of dinancing The essentia of leasing contract is to finance buying the asset by the lessor according to the demand of essee (project ‘s owner ) and to invest this asset for a period which suits its life span , as a fixed pay with keeping the own asset by lessor until termination of contract . in addition to give the lessee three choices when the period of contract ends , it represents by the owner ‘s possessing to asset or to renewing contract or giving back the asset to the lessor.
