The electronic market has become an important haven for the electronic consumer globally, resorting to it to conclude many contracts, including the electronic sales contract, and due to the special nature of this type of contract the provisions of the e-sales contract have been studied in terms of definition and statement of its characteristics and its pillars and implementation, based on the legal texts governing e-commerce. We have found that the electronic sales contract is no different in composition from the traditional sales contract, in terms of the availability of its pillars of satisfaction and shop and this reason for its objective elements , and also requires formal elements of electronic writing and signature Since the electronic sales contract is binding on two sides, it arranges corresponding obligations between the parties, and the seller is obliged to hand over and transfer ownership of the sale object, while the buyer has the obligation to pay electronically and to commit to receiving the sale. • Keywords : e-sales, electronic offer, electronic acceptance ,e-writing, electronic signature, electronic paymenten_US
