dc.description.abstractA lease-management contract is one of the modern contract related to the commercial property in its appearance and order, it didn’t appear earlier because it was impossible to imagine separating between the idea of the property of commercial shop and its use. It is considered one of the important legal acts because it represents the best tool to avoid the business liquidation, and among these actions is the management lease contract, in which the lessor grants the exploitation and management of the commercial premises to a running lessee who acquires the status of the merchant and bears the consequences of his exploitation alone, arranging his joint liability for a certain period with the lessor. As the commercial law did not leave the organization of the management lease contract to the general rules of all contracts, due to the inappropriateness of these rules to the nature of the commercial shop, so it organized it with legal texts that constitute the legal system to which it is subject, starting from its formation to its expiry.en_US
