| Abstract: | The seas are divided into six main parts (inland waters, territorial sea, contiguous zone, continental shelf, exclusive economic zone and the high seas). region. Where Articles 2, 33, paragraph 1, 55 and 86 specify, respectively, the internal waters, the contiguous zone, the exclusive economic zone, and the high seas, and each of these zones has a specific privacy over which states exercise their full sovereignty and have the freedom to dispose of them as they deem appropriate for their interests. |
