Abstract: This study of aims at identifying organizations as a group of individuals with a Specific goal, who use one or more ways to reach it. This is if we look at reach at its constituent members. It also divides international non-governmental organizations into two parts: national non-governmental organizations, and international ones. Whatever it is, the latter has foundational or cooperative mandate in terms of its dealings with governments, which makes it easier for them to carry out their activities, as they enjoy number of privileges and immunities that help them while carrying out their work that it revolves around its activity in certain areas by people with common interests, which leads the humanitarian community and ensures the implementation of international conventions through monitoring and documenting human rights violations as a witness and a major party to the justice equation in countries that suffer from flagrant violations of human rights, and this is within frameworks and complex technical need for a lot of professionalism, objectivity, patience and endurance. Going back to what “Emil Adolf Von Behring” said: “The truth is a struggle, the outcome of struggle the outcome of struggle”.
