Abstract

The crime of terrorism has become a concern for society, which poses a threat and extends the stability of international peace and security, resulting in tension in international relations, great human and material losses, despite the stalemate taken by countries in combating it. By adopting resolutions and agreements, especially Resolution 1773, the intervention of the General Assembly and the role of the rest of the Organization’s organs, to strengthen the ability of Member States of the United Nations to prevent terrorist acts, whether within or outside their borders.
