Abstract: Through this memorandum, we tried to present the status of permanent international justice in resolving various judicial disputes at the international level by discussing its most important mechanisms for establishing this, which is represented in the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court, where the first is the principal judicial body of the United Nations and its law an integral part of the Charter. All States members of the United Nations have direct access to it, and non-member States may join it under conditions to be determined by the General Assembly in each case on the recommendation of the Security Council. The second mechanism, the International Criminal Court, which is the main instrument agreed upon by the international community to deal with gross violations of human rights, is a universal and permanent jurisdiction and represents the universal criminal protection of human rights. It protects the victims of grave human rights violations that amount to international crimes, whether genocide or crimes against humanity.
