Abstract

Finally, it can be said that in our study of this important topic of legal protection of endowment property in Algeria, we have been exposed to a set of legislative and regulatory laws that provide for legal protection of the endowment civilly. His neglect, and as for criminal offenses that may affect the endowment property and the penalties resulting from each crime, and the mechanisms for managing endowment properties, whether they are "central", "indirect local", or "direct" represented by the beholder
