Abstract

Through this study we discussed one of the most important issues of personal status, and related to the image of the dissolution of the marital bond and as it affects the marital relationship on the one hand, and has implications to the descent, which is the subject of tenderness. Al-La'an is consistent with the Koranic texts. Allah has forbidden the husband to commit zina, and he cannot prove it, or deny his son's share of it, in the sense that it resulted in adultery, or throwing it with them. And he is asked to set the limit of adultery on them and then the judge orders the meat.
