Abstract

Our research revolves around the issue of consanguineous relatives under the title Inheritance of consanguineous relatives in the Algerian family law, where we explained the concept of consanguineous inheritance and specifying their types and conditions for their inheritance. Given the shortcomings of the law and the lack of its articles on this subject, we presented what the Islamic Sharia brought, and we touched on the jurisprudential differences in the inheritance of kinship relatives, as well as the reference To the position of the Algerian family law on the differences that occur, this is in the first chapter, as for the second chapter, I touched on the system of inheritance of kinship in the three ways with the position of the Algerian legislator on each method of the people of revelation and the method of the people of kinship.
