Protecting intellectual property means providing protection for all elements of creativity and innovation. In order to feel the value and importance of intellectual property protection, it is necessary to identify the efforts made in this field, from national legislation to concluding international agreements for the protection of intellectual property rights that provide authors with a safe space to practice their intellectual activity without any theft or imitation.
