Abstract: The precautionary principle is part of the system of rules designed to guide decision-makers in countries in order to achieve sustainable environmental development, as it has become a guidin principle for internatoinal environmental law, and increasingly for international, national and international instruments and jurisprudence relating to the protection of the environment and human life and living creatures. And the preservation of natural resources. The precautionary principle is based on avoiding environmentally sensitive activities and taking appropriate precautions and measures to face potential dangers and damages.
