Abstract: Abstract: The current study, under the name of "educational adequacies and their relationship to achievement motivation among teachers of physical and sports education", aims to find out whether there is a statistical significant correlation between educational adequacies and achievement motivation among teachers of physical and sports education in secondary school stage.The field study was conducted on secondary schools of the city of Biskra.For achieving the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach in its correlative style, where the researcher used the comprehensive inventory method, in which he took all the members of the community who were numbered 126 professors distributed over 57 secondary schools. The researcher used two tools for the study, namely: the educational adequacy questionnaire, and the achievement motivation questionnaire prepared by the researcher. The data was analyzed by relying on the Statistical Package in Social Sciences (SSPSS20) program where the results were as follows - Teachers of physical and sports education, who teach at the secondary school and who are affiliated with the city of Biskra, possess a high level of the basic educational adequacies used in the subject of study. - Teachers of physical and sports education who teach at the secondary schooland whoare affiliated with the city of Biskra possess a high achievement motivation. - There is a positive statistical significant correlation between educational adequacies and achievement motivation among teachers of physical and sports education in secondary school where the value of the correlation coefficient was R = 0.241. - There is a weak positive and non-statistically significant correlation in the relationship between the dimension of planning adequacy and achievement motivation in the study sample where the value of the correlation coefficient was R = 0.152. - There is a weak positive and non-statistically significant correlation in the relationship between the dimension of implementation adequacy and achievement motivation in the study sample where the value of the correlation coefficient R = 0.203. - There is a weak positive statistically significant correlation in the relationship between the dimension of evaluation adequacy and achievement motivation in the study sample where the value of the correlation coefficient R = 0.304. - There is a weak positive and a statistically significant correlation in the relationship between the dimension of communication adequacy and achievement motivation in the study sample where the value of the correlation coefficient was R = 0.346.
